George Pease of Lancaster, New York announced today that Fobes-Capretto Homes will return in 2010 as a primary sponsor of the 1927 Ford roadster entry, joining Drag Racing News, DragRacingNews.net and BRK Race Engines. Pease has been bracket racing for over 20 years and competes in the Top ET category and also select IHRA races in Super Rod.
"We have been struggling this year with some chassis issues and only had one semifinal appearance so far," said Pease. "But we're confident that we've fixed the gremlins that have plagued us so far. We apprciate the confidence our sponsors have in us and we promise to deliver," he continued. Pease is looking to race a couple of NHRA races next season along with a few races in IHRA in either the Super Gas or Super Comp class.
